Base Salary: RM3000 maximum + KPI: RM300 + Fixed Allowance: RM250 (Medical coverage including dental is given)

Other Benefits : 12 days AL / 14 days SL / 60 days HL / 3 days CL and etc.

Live Chat for United States Domestic Customers
Role & Responsibilities:
Meaningful, rewarding work performed with integrity
Deliver world-class customer service, while responding to Customer inquiries and concerns via chat channel
Build meaningful relationships with our Customers through a consultative approach, understanding their current and future needs, providing first contact resolution and negotiating a positive outcome for the Customer and Airlines
Address travel related questions and issues communicated through chat.
Assist with past, future and current travel issues.
Rebook and recalculate fares and reissues, as well as reviewing incorrect charges.
Assist customers with upgrade requests,baggage inquiries, delays and cancellations.
Re-prioritize and adapt to an ever-changing environment
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Skills:
·         Ability to read, write and fluently speak the English language
·         Advanced English language comprehension.
·         Superior verbal and written communication skills in English language.
·         Ability to craft messages in a concise, chat format rather than paragraph form.
·         Commitment to exemplary customer service.
·         Must display a high level of professionalism, friendliness and composure when dealing              with customers, including the ability to interpret and resolve customer needs.
·         The ability to understand and resolve complex issues quickly.
·         Strong ability to multi-task with keen attention to detail.
·         Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and problem-solving skills.
·         Positive attitude.
·         Self-motivated, flexible and works well under pressure.
·         Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays
Additional Details
Location: UOA Business Park, Shah Alam office location
Workplace Flexibility: Full time.  Night Shift, full night hours with different shifts lasting until the next afternoon.
