- 3rd party contract (6 months contract: subject to renewal)

For this profession, Maxis SME Digital Sales team is expanding and building Innovative tele sales team. We are looking for dynamic, open minded, team player and young professional who have high interest in business solution. Expand the share of wallet with consultation conversation base on SME segmentation. Focus on delivery of sales target by understanding of customer business challenges and how to overcome with maxis solution.
Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities
Always represent the company in a positive light; this calls for optimistic people who aren\'t easily upset and who naturally like working with others.
- To proactively make outbound calls to customers to push Micro SME products & services.
- Aggressively using appropriate sales tools/script, product knowledge provided and communications skills, to generate sales and customer interest over sales calls.
- To carry flexible and creative in dealing with customer especially in handling and performing proper documentation & recording information to support daily telesales work task. i.e: Enter, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form.
- Manage all focus sales leads that are being assigned with proper and high closure rate for all sales calls.
- Ensure the assigned all sales targets assigned are met or exceeded.
- Daily preparation for schedule sales calls, follow up and proactive corresponding with all support party in good time management.
- Continually develop an understanding of the company’s culture, Micro SME products & services, ethical initiatives, other areas of business, and reflect this in everyday performance.
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills with clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers over phone call conversation, preferable Chinese speaking.
- Min 1 year sales experience in B2B environment or experience dealing with business owner and Aggressive in achieving Sales target/KPIs
- Strong persuasiveness skill, patience, persistence, and keyboarding skills are needed.
- Bachelor\'s degree, Diploma or Minimum SPM/STPM, It may be helpful if have relevant telemarketer or similar working experience.
- Able to speak fluent and write in English, Malay and Chinese (ability to speak in Chinese will be great but not compulsory)
Contract length: 6 months
