Job Description
• Must possess minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Must have Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia in both spoken and written
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills

Working Hours : 2 shift

  • 8am to 5pm
  • 11am to 8pm

Salary Package :

  • Basic up to RM2600 + RM300 allowance

Working location : UOA BUSINESS PARK SUBANG JAYA

Joining date for training : 19th July 2021, Monday (Online training)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Delivering excellent customer service to customer via phone (inbound). This may be extended to other channels (email, live chat, social media) based on your skills.
  • Providing accurate information on products and services to customer.
  • Consistently meeting individual and team KPIS and goals
  • Customer service agents are* required to answer all customer concerns by using Livechat/ Whatsapp/Email/ Inbound calls*
  • Customer service are to escalate issues to the technical support team
