How long does it take for my Job Ad to show up on Beanshwork?

Job Ads on Beanshwork are DIY. As soon as you’ve created your Job Ad, it will get posted in real time.

Who can apply to the Job Ad that I've posted?

Beanshwork members can apply to your Job Ad on Beanshwork. You will receive all the candidate applications during your Job Ads’ active period, and you will take control of the candidate shortlisting process.

Can I edit or change my Job Ad position title after I've posted it?

Yes. You can edit or change your Job Ad position title anytime

Can I pay with a business/corporate banking account?

We support Credit & Debit card payment at the moment, payment from business/corporate banking accounts (B2B) / personal banking accounts (B2C) will be implemented soon.

Will I incur any additional charges when using FPX payment?

I’d like to purchase a package, what is the maximum transaction limit?

There is no transaction limit as our posting is free of charge, only feature, urgent and highlight will be charge, refer to the posting charge FAQ

What currency does the FPX payment support?

The FPX payment is available for MYR denominated packages only.

How do I check my FPX payment transaction status?

A.

You may call your respective bank’s hotline (the bank used to make the payment) to inquire about the status. Alternatively, you may check the transaction status on your internet banking portal.

How do I know if a payment is successful?

A.

When a transaction is successful, you will receive two separate emails:

  1. Payment receipt
  2. Beanshwork Malaysia Online Payment Receipt

In the event this happens, please contact our Customer Care Team and provide the Sales Order No. for further verification.

Q?

I received an error/unsuccessful message while making a payment. Upon checking my bank account balance, my funds have been deducted. What should I do?

A.

In the event this happens, please contact the Bank for the reversal by providing the FPX Transaction ID or Merchant Order No. as a reference.

Q?

I’d like to cancel an order. What is the refund process for FPX?

A.

The refund processis similar to the credit card refund process.
It should take approximately 10 working days to complete.

I forgot my user password. How do I reset my password?

A.

Step 1: Visit https://www.beanshwork.com/login?fstart=1

Step 2: Enter your Beanshwork.com login email address. Kindly make sure it’s the one you used to sign up for your Beanshwork.com account.

Note: If there is more than 1 login ID associated with the email address provided, you will need to enter the specific login ID you wish to reset the password for.

Step 3: Click Reset password and we will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

Step 4: Check your email inbox for a new email from Beanshwork.com. If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam mail folder.

Step 5: In the password reset email, click Reset Password.

Note: The reset link is available for only 1 hour.

Step 6: Enter your new password, then select Reset password.

Note: All active sessions associated with this login ID will be ended simultaneously upon successful password reset.

Step 7: Your password has been reset successfully!

I have requested a password reset, but why haven’t I received a password reset email?

A.

If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam mail folder.

Still not there? It means there’s likely a mistake in your email address or login ID provided. It could be a typo or the wrong email address or login id. Double-check that it’s the same email you used to sign up for your Beanshwork.com account.

Kindly contact our Customer Care Team should you still not receive the password reset email after following the above instructions.
